Owner and principal designer Alex Richter Place opened Mint Interiors after working in the commercial interior design industry for seven years. Alex earned her bachelor’s degree in interior design from Radford University and she specializes in adding a fresh & modern element to traditional interiors. Mint Interiors is based in Northern Virginia but she works on projects all along the East Coast.

Alex’s favorite part about her job is the relationship she builds with her clients and seeing their reaction to the spaces they create together. She believes there is truly nothing more satisfying than seeing the vision they imagined come to life!
